When you speak to us via email or social media, we’ll send you this deposit link to secure your booking. This makes it quick and easy to confirm the agreed work at a date and time that suits you — offering flexibility while protecting our diary from no-shows.

How It Works

1. Confirm the work — Make sure we’ve agreed exactly what’s required before paying.
2. Pay your deposit — This secures your booking and will be deducted from your final balance.

Important Information

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• If you fail to attend, arrive significantly late, or cancel, your deposit will be lost.
• Working notice applies to Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  
• A new deposit will be required to rebook.

By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your booking slot has been reserved specifically for you, preventing us from allocating that time to other customers.
