Varies by destination, parcel size and delivery service
Within the UK
UK delivery
UK orders are sent using an appropriate tracked service based on the size, weight, value and destination of the products.
Most standard parcels are delivered within approximately one to three working days after dispatch. Large, heavy or oversized products may require a specialist freight service and can take longer.
Additional charges or longer transit times may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcode areas.
Across borders
Worldwide delivery
We deliver a wide range of performance parts to customers worldwide. Available services, prices and transit times depend on the destination and the size, weight and type of product.
Some oversized, hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for international shipping. Contact us where a suitable option is not shown automatically at checkout.
What happens after checkout
Order placed
Once your order is received, we review the products, delivery details and the latest available stock information.
Order prepared
Your products may be picked from Rival stock, transferred from a supplier, sent directly by a supplier, or prepared as a special or made-to-order item.
Dispatched and tracked
We will send a dispatch confirmation once your order has left Rival or our supplier. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery questions
Before placing your order
We supply thousands of performance parts from manufacturers and distributors around the world. Some products are held in stock at Rival, others are held within our supplier network, and specialist items may be ordered, imported or manufactured specifically for you.
Because every product is different, there is no single delivery timeframe across our entire catalogue. Each product page shows the latest available stock status and estimated dispatch time. Please check this information before placing your order.
If you need an item for a booked installation, event, track day or any other fixed date, please contact us before ordering.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, duties or local handling charges when they arrive in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the amount paid to Rival and are payable by the recipient. Customs processing can also extend the delivery time.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be sent once it becomes available. Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch, supplier-direct shipments may use a different courier, and large products may be delivered by a specialist carrier.
Orders sent from more than one location may have multiple tracking numbers. Please make sure your delivery address, email address and telephone number are correct when placing the order.
Large and oversized products
Exhaust systems, roll cages, body panels, large intercoolers, wheels and tyres, and other oversized products may require a specialist freight service.
These deliveries can take longer and may involve additional charges depending on the destination.
Delays and changing lead times
Lead times are estimates provided in good faith using the latest information available to us. They can change because of supplier stock discrepancies, unexpected demand, manufacturing schedules, imports, customs checks, public holidays, severe weather or courier disruption.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with the latest information and available options.
Missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Contact us promptly if a parcel appears damaged, an item is missing, you have received the wrong product, or tracking shows delivery but the parcel has not arrived.
Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant, and retain all products and packaging until the issue has been investigated and resolved.
Can custom-made or bespoke products be cancelled or returned?
Products manufactured, modified, finished or configured specifically to your individual requirements cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because they are no longer required or your circumstances have changed.
Where a product is genuinely made to your specification or clearly personalised, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Once the order has been accepted and committed to production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Estimated production and dispatch times are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, imports or circumstances outside our direct control. A change to an estimated lead time does not automatically create a change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not manufactured to the agreed specification, or where another legal right to cancel applies.
Stock status and estimated dispatch times
Every product page displays the current stock status and estimated dispatch time for that item. This may show that the product is held at Rival, available from a supplier, available to order, made to order, on pre-order or currently unavailable.
An estimated dispatch time is the period before the item leaves Rival or our supplier. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and is additional to the lead time shown.
For example, a product showing an estimated dispatch time of two to five working days may then require a further one to three working days for standard UK delivery.
Stock levels and lead times are provided in good faith using the latest information available to us. They can occasionally change because of supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, imports or unexpected demand. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update.
Orders with different lead times
Products within the same order may be held in different locations and may have different estimated dispatch times.
By default, we will normally hold the order until every product is available and dispatch everything together.
For example, if one product is ready immediately and another has an estimated ten-working-day lead time, the complete order will normally be dispatched once the second product becomes available.
Contact us if you would like the available products dispatched separately. Additional delivery charges may apply where a split shipment is requested.
In some cases, products may be sent separately or dispatched directly from different manufacturers or distributors. This can result in multiple parcels arriving at different times, each with its own tracking information.
