Delivery Information

At Rival Performance, we take pride in offering a fast and reliable delivery service. We hold one of the most extensive ranges of performance parts in the UK through our trusted supplier network. Most in-stock items are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2PM, and can often arrive as quickly as the next working day.

Our delivery partners include Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the size and value of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details and, where available, a one-hour delivery window for your delivery.

Delivery Times & Couriers

  • Smaller items: Sent via Royal Mail First or Second Class.
  • Larger or high-value items: Shipped with DPD or similar couriers for tracked, signed delivery.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days for in-stock items.
  • Next-day delivery: Available on certain items where stock allows – just ask if you’re unsure.

If something isn’t currently in stock, it’s often unavailable anywhere else — but we’ll always do our best to source it quickly and keep you updated throughout.

Each product shows a live stock status to give an accurate guide to availability and lead times. On rare occasions, supplier updates may cause slight variations in delivery times.

Delays & Third-Party Suppliers

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control — such as courier delays, customs checks, or supplier lead times. Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors, which can also impact delivery speed.

We always work to get your order delivered as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held liable for external delays once goods have left our control.

International Orders

We can ship selected products internationally, with delivery costs and times varying by location. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order for a custom shipping quote and estimated lead time.
