The original rubber hoses are known to balloon under load, especially on tuned cars. That expansion wastes boost, dulls throttle response, and over time can crack or split entirely. The RacingLine kit solves this by holding its shape under pressure, keeping every bit of boost between the turbo and the engine where it belongs.

Why Upgrade the Boost Hoses? - On the Volkswagen Polo GTI AW, the factory hoses sit in a hot, high-pressure environment. As boost rises, the soft rubber flexes outward, creating a “spongy” feel through the throttle pedal. Once the car is tuned, that flex becomes a real weak point. Failed boost hoses are one of the more common issues owners face after fitting a Stage 1 or Stage 2 software upgrade.

Installation Notes:
