RacingLine Stage 3 POWERMAX Software Upgrade - SIMOS 18

Reduced-price POWERMAX ECU software upgrade for an existing RacingLine OEM+ licence on the same vehicle, using SIMOS 18. This is not a first-time tuning licence.

Gains: The exact output depends on your original engine version and controller. A single verified numerical comparison is not available for this supplier application; the correct calibration and output must be confirmed before activation.

Choose your software package

• ECU licence upgrade — £150.00 inc VAT (£125.00 ex VAT). Existing ECU licence upgrade only. Your original licence must be eligible; gearbox software is not included.

Software price only. Flashing labour, fitting, PDM/cables, controller unlocks, turbochargers and other hardware are additional. Purchase the licence online; activation requires a compatible vehicle and installation arrangement. A software purchase does not include a PDM or an automatic download for an unsupported controller.

Existing-customer eligibility: an active OEM+ ECU licence must already belong to this vehicle. Confirm eligibility before purchase. A new customer must buy the full POWERMAX licence. If DSG software is not already installed, arrange it separately; this £150 upgrade does not include TCU software.

Stages and supporting hardware

Stage 3 is listed in RacingLine’s supplier schedule. Confirm engine code, controller version and required hardware before activation. Higher stages do not make unsupported controllers compatible.

Turbo choice and hardware requirements depend on the application: EA888 Gen 3 POWERMAX uses GT2260S; Gen 4 lower-output applications use their GT2260S configuration and higher-output applications use GT2563. GPF-retaining and non-GPF calibrations are different. TCU support and hardware must be confirmed for your vehicle.

Why RacingLine OEM+?

RacingLine develops its calibrations alongside its performance hardware, with experience from road, track and dyno testing. The aim is a consistent delivery of power and torque with smooth everyday behaviour, rather than a peak figure alone. OEM+ also supports a return to the vehicle’s original stock calibration.

Match the engine code, original power, turbo, emissions equipment and ECU/TCU software IDs before activation. A registration year alone does not establish compatibility. Newer locked controllers may require an additional unlock or may not support direct flashing.

Installation is through an authorised tuning centre or, for a supported application, a separately purchased RacingLine PDM. PDM availability must be checked for the actual controller; it is not included in this listing.

Tuning can affect manufacturer warranty and insurance cover. Retain emissions equipment required for road use, and maintain the vehicle appropriately for the increased output.
