RacingLine Charge-air Cooling Bundle Upgrade (EA888 Gen4) - Audi TTS Quattro 8S

The RacingLine Charge-air Cooling Bundle Upgrade is a complete package that brings together four of RacingLine’s most effective cooling and boost components into one package, giving you cooler intake temperatures, stronger boost pipework and more consistent power delivery!

If you’ve already added a tune or intake to your car, or you’re planning to, this bundle addresses the weakest points in the factory charge-air system!

FITMENT NOTICE:
This bundle is designed specifically for MQB EVO platform running the EA888 Gen.4 engine with the Continental turbocharger. This covers a range of popular Volkswagen, Audi & SEAT/Cupra models. The Continental turbo variant is critical here – the EA888.4 also appears with an Garrett turbo, which uses different pipework.

The standard intercooler and rubber hoses are built to a cost and a compromise. Under sustained load they heat soak and can balloon or split. Replacing them as a matched set keeps the entire pressurised side of the engine working in harmony.

Why upgrade as a bundle? - The charge-air system is only as strong as its weakest link. Fitting a larger intercooler is a clear gain on its own, but if the OEM hoses balloon or the plastic pipework cracks under raised boost, you’ll lose the benefit. Buying the four parts together as a bundle means every section from the turbo outlet to the throttle body is upgraded at the same time.

EA888 Gen4 Continental Turbo Cooling Bundle:

• VWR141000 – RacingLine EA888 Gen.4 Intercooler System: A larger, higher-capacity core that drops intake air temperatures and resists heat soak during repeated hard driving. Cooler, denser air means more consistent power, especially on track or in warm weather.
  
• VWR140013 – RacingLine Upgraded Boost Pipe Kit: Replaces the restrictive factory plastic pipework with smoother, higher-flow alloy pipes for improved turbo efficiency and sharper throttle response.
  
• VWR140006 – RacingLine Silicone Boost Hose Kit: Multi-ply silicone hoses that handle higher pressures and temperatures than the OEM rubber items, reducing the risk of boost leaks as power climbs.
  
• VWR140007 – RacingLine Silicone Turbo Outlet Hose: Strengthens the critical link between the turbocharger and the intercooler piping. The reinforced construction resists expansion under boost, helping retain pressure and improve response.
