The R-Sport PRO400 Intercooler is engineered to drastically reduce intake air temperatures compared to the restrictive factory unit. This massive drop in charge temps allows you to safely increase your performance while maintaining absolute consistency, even during harsh back-to-back runs.

Furthermore, the dense core design ensures airflow to the radiator remains uninterrupted, completely eliminating the risk of coolant temperature spikes.

Precision Engineered Developed using the latest 3D scanning and printing technology, R-Sport have maximized the available space to create a core with a significantly larger frontal surface area and internal volume. This ensures the PRO400 will outperform the competition in the harshest environments while keeping the vital TUV heartland of Western Europe in mind with its stealthy, factory-style integration.

Using the latest technology available including 3D scanning and printing R-Sport were able to squeeze the PRO400 Intercooler to have 150% larger frontal surface area, and 85% larger than the stock intercooler in terms of volume. The swept, cast end tanks which allows hot air to be sent across the whole height of the intercooler, gives the winning combination to ensure the best in cooling capabilities.

The intercooler core size is 620mm x 390mm x 55mm, and it weighs in at around 11kg, powder coated in satin black or alloy silver.

As with all R-Sport intercoolers, this intercooler is direct fit.
