POWERFLEX black series bushes are designed for the track, ready to race and are engineered to be the best. They are manufactured using Black 95 Shore A compound to provide maximum control of chassis geometry. This compound can be up to 80% more resistant to load than standard rubber and 25% stiffer than POWERFLEX's purple performance material. If the requirements are purely for the ultimate in handling and chassis performance then POWERFLEX Black Series are unique, offering the most precise and accurate alignment for the chassis.

Factory chassis & suspension bushes are manufactured from is a rubber compound containing natural products that deteriorate with age. It becomes softer and more pliable, resisting the forces placed on it less and less. Therefore allowing more and more movement of suspension components and offering less and less control over the suspension geometry. This in turn causes accelerated tyre wear, braking instability, and poor handling. POWERFLEX polyurethane bushes eliminate this.

POWERFLEX Bush Shore Ratings & Use:

• Red (65A) – Mainly used for exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.
• Yellow (70A) – Mainly used for engine mounts, differential mounts & subframe mounts, or areas where the bush needs a lot of movement and absorption.
• Purple (80A) – The most common, and is used in most areas of the suspension to provide the right mix between performance & compliance.
• Black (95A) – POWERFLEX's hardest material. Mainly used where the vehicles standard suspension demands the use of this hardness of material i.e. in areas of high load.
