PBS ProRace Performance Brake Pads (REAR) - BMW 1 Series 116i E87

PBS ProRace Brake Pads are high performance track/race brake pads that provide excellent bite and pedal feel from cold.

With excellent brake fade resistance and an operating temperature of 0 to 800°C, the ProRace compound offers a high initial bite, precise control and consistent braking under demanding track conditions.

Perfect for sprints, time attack and circuit racing.

When on track, brake pads are subjected to pressure from caliper pistons as well as high friction heat. Performance Brake Solutions have carried out extensive testing to maintain a stable pad shape and consistent performance under sustained braking.

The ceramic graphite ProRace material has a friction coefficient of 0.36 to 0.58mu.

Supplied as a complete pad set for one axle.

A direct fit for:

• BMW 1 Series 116i Hatchback E87, 1.6-litre 85kW / 115hp, with standard rear brake calipers.

This fitment covers the 2004–2006 N45-engined BMW 116i used in the 116 Trophy and 116 Sprint. Check the fitted calipers and pad shape before ordering.

PBS Brake Pad Bedding-in Process:

PBS brake pads are heat cured during manufacture to reduce unwanted gases. Follow PBS's bedding-in instructions, then allow the brakes to cool fully before sustained track use.
