BC RACING COILOVERS ZR SERIES - NISSAN S15 240SX 99-02
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
The BC Racing ZR Series is a true 3-way adjustable coilover system designed for serious track use, offering performance and adjustability normally found only in far more expensive motorsport dampers. Each ZR kit provides completely independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment, allowing precise control over chassis behaviour in every phase of a corner.
As with other BC Racing motorsport-grade kits, the ZR Series offers full ride height adjustment independent of spring preload and piston travel. Applications using MacPherson struts feature inverted monotube dampers with a Teflon-coated braided line connecting the damper to the external reservoir, which can be mounted in the engine bay or boot for convenience.

Spring Rate Options
The ZR Series is engineered for high-level motorsport and aggressive track use, where fine chassis control and heat stability are critical. The Recommended spring rate offers a strong baseline suitable for most circuit setups and tyre compounds.
Higher spring rates can be selected for cars running slicks, substantial aero, or heavily stiffened chassis. Softer spring rates may be used for lighter cars, low-grip circuits, or when balancing mechanical compliance with aero load.
If you need help choosing the right spring rate based on track layout, tyre choice, or vehicle setup, feel free to get in touch and we’ll advise on the best option.
