The BC Racing ER Series is a high-performance coilover system featuring external reservoirs and completely separate compression and rebound damping adjustment. It builds on the proven quality of the BR and DS Series but adds far greater tuning control, making the ER Series ideal for drivers who want more precise handling balance on fast road cars and track-focused builds.

Key Features

  • Digressive piston and damping curve
  • External reservoirs with 30 clicks of compression adjustment
  • 30 clicks of rebound adjustment from the top of the damper
  • Ride height adjustment independent of spring preload
  • Camber-adjustable top mounts (vehicle dependent)
  • Monotube damper design
  • Pillowball top mounts
  • Bearing-mounted upper spring platform
  • Tapered bottom mount locking collar
  • Custom spring rates available
  • Spare parts available with short lead times
  • Dust boots to protect damper seals
  • 1-year manufacturer warranty

Spring Rate Options

The ER Series is designed for serious fast-road and track use, and the available spring rates reflect this. The Recommended spring rate provides a balanced setup suitable for mixed road and circuit driving, offering strong body control without making the car unmanageable on the road.

Higher spring rates are available for cars running semi-slicks or slick tyres, aero packages, or stiffer chassis setups. Lower spring rates can be selected for dual-purpose cars where a little more compliance is preferred.

If you're unsure which spring rate best suits your car, tyre choice, or driving style, feel free to get in touch and we’ll help you choose the right setup.

Separate Compression & Rebound Adjustment

The major advantage of the ER Series is the ability to adjust compression and rebound independently. This allows you to fine-tune how the car transfers weight under braking, turn-in, mid-corner load, and corner exit.

Increased compression damping helps control how the car loads onto the front tyres under braking, improving stability and reducing unwanted dive. Independent rebound damping lets you fine-tune how quickly the suspension extends again as you ease off the brakes and turn in, helping maintain front-end grip and preventing sudden understeer.

The result is a suspension setup that can be dialled in precisely for your driving style and circuit needs, helping maximise corner entry stability, mid-corner balance, and corner exit speed.
