Booking Deposit Policy
When you speak to us via email or social media, we’ll send you this deposit link to secure your booking.
This makes it quick and easy to confirm the agreed work at a date and time that suits you — offering flexibility while protecting our diary from no-shows.
How It Works

2️⃣ Pay your deposit — This secures your booking and will be deducted from your final balance.
Important Information

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If you fail to attend, arrive significantly late, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ working notice, your deposit will be lost.

Working notice applies to Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Cancellations made on a Friday for a Monday booking are treated as less than 48 hours’ notice.

A new deposit will be required to rebook.
By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your booking slot has been reserved specifically for you, preventing us from allocating that time to other customers.

UK DELIVERY & STOCK INFORMATION
We hold one of the most extensive ranges of performance parts in the UK through our trusted supplier network. Most in-stock items are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2PM.
If something isn’t currently in stock, it’s usually unavailable anywhere else - but we’ll always do our best to source it quickly and keep you updated.
Keep an eye on the stock status shown on each product - this provides an accurate guide to availability and lead times. On rare occasions, supplier updates may cause small variations in delivery times.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
We always aim to make sure you’re happy with your order, and our team is here to help if there’s ever an issue.
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they’re in original packaging and resellable condition.
Some products may be subject to a restocking or processing fee, and custom or made-to-order items (such as brake lines, custom colours, or special builds) can’t be cancelled or refunded once production begins.
If you’re unsure whether your item is custom, please contact us before ordering.
Most products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty, and we’ll always help guide you through the process if something goes wrong.
