R-Sport Pro 350 GEN2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit - Ford Fiesta MK7 ST180 (2013–2017)

The R-Sport Pro 350 Gen2 Intercooler is ultimate affordable intercooler that is designed for those making an investment into a stage 2 car now, but then would not need to re-invest in an intercooler later down the line.

Bolts to the OE factory location, no modifications needed. Additionally, there is negligible additional turbo lag from the standard 255bhp capable OE Ford turbocharger. The beauty of the PRO350 however is that in addition to it's capability to run perfectly on Stage 2 cars, its sculpted end tanks, stepped core and additional core height allows it to be used on ST180s with aftermarket hybrid turbochargers making up to 350bhp!

The new Pro 350 with its stepped and full height core will keep temperatures down to a competition spec level, allowing you to make higher more consistent bhp numbers and keep them high all day whether on track, on the street or on the dyno. If you have fitted a good intercooler, you will be able to run the power you have remapped onto your car consistently pull after pull after pull.
  
In road and track testing R-Sport saw just a 5 degree rise above ambient on their Stage 2 demo car, and 8 degree rise in temperatures on their Stage 3 track car lap after lap. Crucially the recovery back down to near ambient inlet temperatures is second to none due to the re-active tube and fin core. Additionally due to the mid height construction, air flow to the radiator is not compromised and therefore coolant temperatures are kept in check.
